My approach integrates mindfulness, CBT, and mind-body practices, including breathwork and body-based techniques, to help regulate your nervous system, understand unhelpful thought patterns, and build coping tools that help you thrive. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified yoga instructor, I bring an embodied, compassionate lens to the healing process.

Guided by mindful awareness practices, I weave the use of evidence-based CBT to empower teens and families in understanding more about the ways in which their biggest challenges are related to sticky unhelpful thought patterns that are linked to their emotions and behaviors. I also support parents through coaching and guidance, helping them navigate their child’s emotional world and strengthen family relationships. In addition to individual work, I have experience facilitating groups for children and teens, offering a space for connection, skill-building, and growth.

I’m a licensed therapist in San Francisco providing therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. My deepest intention is to create a healing, grounded space where you can shift how you relate to yourself and inner experiences, build self-awareness, and feel more connected.
