I’ve been teaching yoga since 2015 after falling in love with the sense of home, grounding, and embodiment it brought into my life — both on and off the mat. Drawn most to the fluidity and breath-centered nature of Vinyasa, I aim to create classes that support self-awareness, balance, and authentic connection.
As both a therapist and yoga instructor, these paths deeply inform one another: my clinical work influences the way I hold space and guide students, while my yoga practice and training continue to shape the way I approach healing and connection in therapy.
My teaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, and approachable guidance with an uplifting playlist, a healthy sense of humor, and always a little palo santo to create a space that feels warm, clear, and welcoming.
My current schedule is:
Tuesdays at 7:15AM
Wednesdays at Noon
Thursdays at 7:15AM
Thursdays - Sliding Scale Meditation class at 8:25AM
